What are the advantages/disadvantages?

Renting our house saves you a lot of money over conventional motels and hotels.
 
We have all the comforts of home, and none of the noise and traffic of congested city lodging.  We have a complete kitchen.  After a quick stop at a local grocery store, you can prepare your own meals economically -and the way you like them.
 
We have a full size washer and dryer in a separate utility room.
We have satellite TV (with a a DVR) and *optional high speed internet on our own computer + a printer.  
We're close to everything, because we're centrally located.
We live in Brooksville, too.  Should a problem arise, we'll be there to help.

Can you assist us with planning our activities?

Yes!  We love helping. 

We've been living in this area for over 30 years.  Do you like golf?  We can suggest just the right courses.  How 'bout fishing or horseback riding, etc.?  No problem.

We also have over 75 Florida attraction pamphlets for you to review.  Everything from Walt Disney World to small, quaint places most people never see.

Specifically, what don't you have at the house?

We have two sets of sheets.  Two sets of towels.  A fully equipped kitchen.  Starter set of paper goods and coffee filters.  Starter set of bar soap, Kleenex and toilet paper.
We have (optional) VoIP telephone service.  Contact owners for more info.
We have tried to anticipate your needs, and make our rental clean and ready.

What things do you provide with the house?

 There is no pool.  But there is a sun deck, and 
we have our nearby Florida beaches.  We don't have beach towels or robes.   Please bring your own.

We don't offer housekeeping, cleaning services or room service.  Drop off laundry and dry cleaning is only a few miles away.
